Ginger

IngwerFor centuries, Asian medicine has valued the healing properties of ginger (Zingiber officinale). The miraculous bulb tastes not only raw or pressed as juice, but also ground as a spice or finely cut as ginger tea.

The pungent root of the ginger plant contains iron, vitamins, calcium, potassium and essential oils. We only use dried, finely cut organic ginger for our jute tea blends.

What does Jute-Tea ginger taste like?

  • mild, pleasant pungency
  • fine, not too strong ginger aroma
  • earthy and spicy, reminiscent of forest soil
