An iced tea on a jute tea basis brings a pleasant cooling even on the hottest summer days. Especially our jute tea blends with mint and lemon verbena are ideal for a decaffeinated, tangy-fresh ice tea.
How do I prepare jute iced tea?
- Brew the jute tea with double the amount of tea.
- Let the tea steep a little longer than usual - at least 6 minutes.
- Fill a large glass with ice cubes and two slices of pressed lime.
- Pour the hot jute tea directly onto the ice cubes - rapid cooling of the hot tea is the secret of a tasty ice tea.
Our tip if you like it a little sweeter: Agave syrup or honey are excellent sweeteners.
