Jute leaves have a high mineral content. Especially iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium are found in significant amounts, as are the trace elements zinc and selenium. Thus our jute tea represents the complete alkaline mineral spectrum.
Polyphenols for your immune system
Jute leaves are rich in secondary plant substances with antioxidant potential. In particular chlorogenic acid, astragaline, phloricine, procyanidine B1 and miquelianin act as radical scavengers in jute leaves and protect the cells.
No stimulants
Our jute tea contains no caffeine (also called theine in tea) and can therefore be drunk by children without hesitation. Furthermore, our jute tea is ideal for the evening hours.

That`s how you prepare loose Jute tea
It is best to use paper tea filters or a tea strainer for preparation. You can also put the loose jute tea directly into the cup and let the tea set settle or filter it. We like jute tea best if we let boiling water cool down to about 85 °C or cool it down with a shot of cold water. One teaspoon is sufficient for one cup of jute tea. The infusion time is between 3 and 5 minutes.
